We No Longer Offer Adult Day Care Facility Services

Adult Day Care for Chronic Disease Management

According to the National Council on aging, around 80% of older adults have at least one chronic disease and when you’re a friend or family member of someone in this situation, you want the best for them. At New Generations, we offer chronic care management that can help both you and your loved one take better control of Alzheimer’s, dementia, Parkinson’s, heart disease, and more. At New Generations, we offer locations in both Florence and Marion, South Carolina.

Our Programs

When chronic disease affects your ability to perform certain daily activities or prevents you from living your life unassisted, we know it can be difficult. That’s why our adult day care programs are designed to help your loved one feel comfortable in a caring, friendly environment. We take pride in our New Generations staff members and ensure that they provide needed medical attention and emotional support for each and everyone one of our participants.

With chronic disease management aspects like check-ups, care and treatment coordination, and patient education, we can help your loved one manage their condition while maintaining their happiness and independence. We also offer essentials such as social activities, meals and snacks, and personal care – all of which are meant to enhance each individual’s quality of life.

Best of Both Worlds

Because we offer adult day care programs for a wide variety of chronic diseases in both Florence and Marion, we give both participants and their family members the opportunity for a better living situation. We know caring for someone with a chronic disease can be stressful and if they’re in need of frequent assistance, our caregivers can take care of everything during the day so that you can relax and spend time with them in the evening.
