Alzheimer’s and Dementia Day Care Programs

New Generations has specialized in personalized Alzheimer’s and dementia day care programs in South Carolina since 1998. We provide a safe, secure, and interactive environment where your loved one can spend the day while you’re at work or attending to other responsibilities. We know caring for mom, dad, or another elderly loved one can be difficult to balance. We’re here to help you every step of the way.

What Is Adult Day Care?

Adult day care is a planned health program of activities for individuals who require supportive care during the day and can return home in the evenings. Placement in an adult day center can provide much-needed respite for a family caregiver to allow them time to work, attend to other family responsibilities, or just take a break from caring for their loved one.

The benefits for participants enrolled in our elderly adult day services include:

  • Mental, physical, and social interaction and stimulation
  • Self-esteem and dignity enhancement
  • Independence promotion
  • Delay or prevention of institutional/nursing home placement
  • A safe and secure location for your loved one in a medically supervised environment
