In addition to our adult day care programs, New Generations also specializes in home health care services. To become enrolled and receive services from New Generations Home Care, simply call one of our professionals for assistance at 1-843-942-1900. The enrollment process is meant to be calming especially if you’re feeling overwhelmed with making decisions regarding the care of your loved one. One of our specialists will describe the services we offer and match those with your loved one’s needs. Any person that needs assistance to remain at home qualifies for our home health care services.
Once you qualify for services, the next step will be determining the method of payment. The pay sources are we accept are Medicaid, Long Term Care Insurance, Private Pay, and Vouchers. Vouchers are administered through the Office on Aging for people caring for loved ones with Dementia/Alzheimer’s or caregivers that need respite. At this point in the enrollment process, we will have a professional set up a meeting to do an assessment intake in your home. This will allow our Nurse to do a face-to-face assessment and get to know the individual needing care. The nurse will then develop a care plan that matches services with the individual’s needs. Once the care plan has been developed, the aide will then carry out the care plan as developed. All of our home health care services will be supervised by a Registered Nurse.
